Correct position at the computer:

- distance from the screen - sit so that your eyes are at a distance of 45 - 60 cm from the screen;

- eyes above the screen - sit so that your eyes are 15 - 20 cm above the center of the screen;

- hands - fingers have the greatest freedom of movement when they are at the level of the wrists or slightly below;

- wrists - they should also be kept either at the level of the elbows, or slightly lower, and the hands themselves should be low enough so that the shoulders are lowered and relaxed (thanks to this, the hands will also relax);

- sit upright and straight - use a high swivel chair with a comfortable back, the back of the chair should correspond to the natural arch of the spine in the lower back, and the back of the thighs should be in contact with the seat (Fig. 1);

- position yourself in front of the computer in a way that is comfortable for you - your legs should be bent at a right angle, your knees should be at hip level (or lower), and your feet should be crossed and placed on the floor or stand.
